shipping and returns

Order Fulfillment

All items are printed to order by a third party with locations in the US, EU and AU. Orders are generally fulfilled in 2-7 days, however, sometimes there may be supplier shortages or other issues that cause a delay. Delayed orders could take between 2-4 weeks, but this happens rarely.

Shipping

Some products may need to be shipped separately due to size/packaging differences or because a particular item is delayed and the rest of your order is ready to be delivered on time. That means that you may not receive your complete order in one package or in one day. If a few days have gone by after receiving part of your order, feel free to contact us on an update on your other items.

We use standard shipping with a variety of companies, including USPS and FedEx.

If an item has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please feel free to reach out to us. You may want to give it a couple more days just in case this is an issue with the post office lagging, they are still struggling to recover from the issues of 2020. If an order is lost in transit, you MUST contact us within 24 days of the expected delivery date in order to receive a refund. If you provide the wrong address for an order and it is returned to the facility, you may be liable for the cost of shipping it again. If that is the case I will contact you as soon as I receive word that your order was returned.

Returns

Please do not send an item to the return address without receiving instructions on how to do so from us.

Because our items are made to order and we do not keep an inventory of items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Please thoroughly read the product description before purchasing an item so you know exactly what you are getting. We cannot accept returns for these reasons:

  • Product arrived later than you anticipated (we do not offer express shipping and have no control over shipping times)
  • Product isn't quite what you had in mind (we have product pictures and detailed descriptions of each item)
  • Product doesn't fit as expected (we have size measurements available for all products) 

To initiate a valid return:

  • The item you received must be different than what you ordered OR the product is defective in some way (the design is not as pictured on our website or Etsy, the item is damaged, etc)
  • You must initiate the return within 24 days of the delivery
  • You must be able to provide pictures of the defective or damaged product AS WELL AS THE DAMAGED PACKAGING if the item arrived broken
  • If your order meets the criteria and you're able to prove that is the case then we would be happy to issue a refund or resend the correct items at no expense to you. Please email pictures and your name to greaterthanneurons@gmail.com
