All items (minus the postcards and stickers, which are packaged by Genesee personally) are made to-order by real people in several facilities around the world in the US, Canada, Europe, and more depending on what country you are ordering from. That means global orders can come from as close to the destination as possible to reduce transport emissions and there are no over-printed or wasted products. Some items, like the duffle bags, are printed AND assembled by hand at these facilities by workers with competitive pay and benefits.
Some items, like the coffee mugs, require special packaging and are shipped separately to ensure they get to you in one piece.
